2025 Player Development Clinics
To better prepare our Livermore Little League (LLL) Baseball Players for this year's player evaluations, the Board has decided to offer two separate 1 Day Baseball Clinics. Each clinic will be uniquely planned for your baseball players' age group.
On Saturday, December 14, 2025, LLL will host the first two baseball clinics at the Robert Livermore Community Center (RLCC) baseball field. This first clinic will cover infield, outfield, and throwing techniques. LLL will teach your baseball player the proper techniques of catching a fly ball, receiving a ground ball, throwing to bases, throwing to the "cut-off" and proper "tag-out" techniques. We will also teach proper throwing mechanics from the various field positions and go over some pitching techniques.
On Sunday, December 15, 2025, LLL will host the second baseball clinic at the RLCC baseball field. This second clinic will cover hitting and base running. LLL will teach your baseball player the proper techniques for hitting balls off the tee, hitting whiffle balls off live pitching, hitting weighted balls off soft toss, hitting baseballs off soft toss, and hitting baseballs off live pitching. In addition, the players will learn base running skills.
The times for each day's clinic are as follows:
9:00 am - 11:00 am (2026 League Age 7 & 8 year olds)
11:00 am - 1:00 pm (2026 League Age 9 & 10 year olds)
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm (2026 League Age 11 & 12 year olds)
Please have your baseball player wear proper baseball attire, including cleats and a hat. Also, have your player bring their baseball bag with their gloves, helmets, and bat.
